After this service, your photos and files will all be organized in one place, with established backups! This is the service for you if you want to be completely hands-off. You hand over your mess, and I return an organized hub.

Empower yourself with personalized coaching to maintain a clutter-free digital environment.
This is open-ended support with Christy supporting you through your goals, ideal for the DIY-er or someone who needs accountability or help with a special project.
We work together to reach your goals through regular virtual meetings, customized how-to videos, and performing remote work behind the scenes as agreed.
Pricing starts at $85.00 per hour, billed monthly.

We will review your sources, needs, and goals and set you on a path toward an easy (and usable) digital organization system.

Implementation
I’ll work on indexing and condensing your sources into one manageable hub system created specifically for you!

Wrap-Up
We’ll review your entire custom organization system so you understand how to use and maintain it. I will also offer you resources for further learning.

Support
After you have had time to explore your collection, we will have a follow-up meeting so you can ask any questions!

My mission is to help you experience calm with your life, business, and photos: to help make things a bit less chaotic so that you can get back to what is important to you. I want you to worry less about your photos and documents being safe. I want it to be easy for you to navigate your digital environment.

DON’T BE!
First, many families have the chaos of both printed photos from childhood and digital photos from the last 15 years. Second, technology seems never to stay the same, and it is hard to know who to trust.
Most importantly - This is a judgment-free zone, and I have seen ALL the things. Funny memes, surgical wounds, weight loss photos, birth videos, and the personal videos you forgot you created 20 years ago on that old computer and forgot existed. Typically I am working with the data behind the photos - but if I do come across anything sensitive, I will add them to a folder titled “Personal” so you can decide how to handle them from there.
Any information seen in the organization process is kept confidential and will not be shared in any way.

Typically one month! Depending on the timing of the project and the scope of your collection, this could be as short as three weeks and as long as three months. You will receive regular updates through the project so that you know what stage I’m at.

Support Services is one-on-one support and guidance as you work through organizing your data and photos. It’s a combination of done-for-you and do-it-yourself.
It includes check-ins and coaching as you work through your items, guidance through specific tasks/issues (such as password management, email management, creating photo memories, etc.), and Family Device Setting appointments (Apple Platform)

That is why I start with a phone call and then a consultation. I want to make sure that we are a good fit! Typically, in the first phone call, I can determine if the work is within my scope, and you get to know me!
If I am not the right fit, I will give you specific resources or tell you how to find the right person!
Photo and Digital Organizing is a growing industry! I meet with 20 in the Chicago area alone! I have learned that it works best for me and the client if I stay in my lane of expertise and refer you to others as needed.

I believe it’s so important to keep things simple. I create an easy-to-navigate folder/album structure by year/month with photos and videos combined, maintaining any established albums, folders, or collections (if those are the best versions of the pictures). Duplicates are removed as well.
You will have some cleanup work that I cannot do, which includes:
○ Wrong Dates - the photo metadata is incorrect, but I don’t know where it fits in.
○ Scanned images/photos - physical photos that were scanned or taken with a phone and are clearly in the wrong date/place
○ To Review/Delete - I will remove exact duplicates but add anything else to the album for you to review before deleting!

Absolutely! At your wrap-up session, you will receive a video tour of your new system, written project notes, and a plan for maintenance and backup. You’ll also have a check-in call three weeks after Wrap Up to ask questions!
