Communication
While emails and texts are my preferred modes, I know that sometimes a good old-fashioned call is necessary. If it's urgent, drop me an email, and I'll prioritize it. Urgent situations include lost or missing data or major errors that need critical attention.

Your questions and feedback are always welcome! I'll guide you toward finding the answers if I don't have the answers. Feel free to share your learning style – whether it's videos, text, or visuals – to help me communicate effectively.
Invoicing and Payment
To ensure a seamless experience, kindly process your invoice in a timely manner to prevent any delays in receiving services. For specific details about payment terms, please refer to your contract.
Office Hours
My standard work hours are Monday - Thursday, 9-3 p.m. Any appointments outside of this time must be arranged.
However, I often work around my home life. So, don't be surprised if you receive late-night or weekend emails. Please reply when you're comfortable – there's no pressure to respond during your downtime.
A Word on Response Time
If I'm not lightning-fast in my replies, it's not because I'm ignoring you. I might be mulling over the perfect solution or momentarily absorbed in the digital realm. A friendly nudge is always welcome if you're eager to hear from me.

It's your one-stop destination for keeping track of essential details like your contract, submitted forms, upcoming appointments, and much more. Expect an email from me containing your client portal link and credentials. Be sure to bookmark this page to access it whenever needed!
Cancellation
I understand that priorities and schedules may change.
All requests to cancel an appointment must be made 48 hours before the appointment.
If canceled within 48 hours, there will be a 50% charge of the agreed-upon rate for the time scheduled.
